We have created this page for the purpose of detecting possible illegal conduct that has the characteristics of a criminal offense, a misdemeanor (the upper limit of the fine rate is at least CZK 100,000), or violates Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as the “Protection Act whistleblowers”) or violates another legal regulation or regulation of the European Union in the areas defined by the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers. A natural person who has become aware of the commission of an illegal act in connection with work or another similar activity can make a notification through the channels listed below. We exclude receiving notifications from a person who does not perform work or any other similar activity for us – a mandatory entity according to the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
